About the PTO

The Bell-Graham Elementary School Parent Teacher Organization (“PTO”) is an all-volunteer, parent-run, non-profit organization committed to enhancing and enriching the education of our children and fostering a sense of community within our school. We seek to promote and encourage communication and close relationships between parents, guardians, teachers and administration.  The heart of our mission is a commitment to enrich our children's educational, social and developmental experiences. We strive to do this by:


  • Providing assemblies and field trips spanning all grade levels.

  • Facilitating communication and supporting our school and students through PTO volunteers serving as event chairs and head room parents.

  • Hosting monthly PTO meetings.

  • Organizing numerous fundraising activities and school events.

  • Offering our membership a directory of students and families.

  • Coordinating volunteers for school events and providing supplemental supplies and resources.

  • Hosting monthly faculty/staff appreciation events throughout the school year.

Our annual budget is raised solely through event fundraisers and membership dues. We urge all families with children attending Bell-Graham to join as PTO members each school year. Each membership is $25 and helps augment our children’s school experience and supports our educators in fulfilling their vision.


Parent involvement is a fundamental part of what makes a school community rich and robust. We take great pride in the strength of our PTO and encourage you to learn more about our events and get involved in any of the many volunteer opportunities that work with your interests and schedule.

Year Round Happenings

Come join your kiddo for lunch! Each student is allowed to have ONE guest come and join them for lunch on ONE special day of your choosing. Please bring lunch for only yourself and your student.  


Did your kiddo make an awesome play at their baseball game? Did they win an event in gymnastics? Is it their birthday? Do you just want to make a random day special for them?? Then send them a SHOUT OUT!! 

For $10 you can have 5 pictures along with a message displayed on the TV screen outside of the LRC for an entire day. After making your purchase in the Square Store below, please send an email to Alicia Flint at aliciafulgencioflint@yahoo.com with your pictures, message to be displayed and display date. Pictures MUST be sent 7 days prior to the desired display date or we cannot guarantee your message will be loaded in time.


Please don't forget to pay your PTO Dues on PushCoin below. PTO Dues are $25 per FAMILY. These dues help fund so many of the programs that the PTO sponsors throughout the year. Paying your PTO dues also grants you access to DirectorySpot. Thank you for your support!

Help Us Out

There are many ways to help out the PTO!  We have a committee to fit your interest and schedule.  You can also volunteer for a specific event or task like donating food for the teachers' snack closet.  Come join us!
